“I cannot thank John enough, I lost my husband very suddenly, John listened to everything I wanted, and was so supportive, in helping me organise the funeral, nothing was to much trouble, was always at the end of the phone if I needed him but also let me have space without bothering me . Joanne and Jackie, we’re also lovely to deal with. The whole funeral was perfect and just as I wanted things to be. Such a pleasure to deal with made a really awful time bearable. Jackie did a beautiful job with Nan’s hair and makeup — she looked as lovely as ever, and seeing her like that brought us so much comfort. We are deeply grateful for everything they did to make this heartbreaking time just a little bit easier. From making us cups of tea to gently guiding us with thoughtful suggestions we wouldn’t have considered ourselves, to ensuring the funeral ran seamlessly — their care was beyond what we could have hoped for. They kindly picked our mum up from Blackpool where my mum lived and sadly passed at Victoria hospital. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
